			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>My second week of workouts went pretty well.  I went to the rec center 4 times, alternating between cardio and weight conditioning.  I even practiced my push ups!  Even though I feel like I might be gaining more muscle strength, our lab tours on friday showed me otherwise (I blame my lack of leg strength on the fact that I already worked out that day though).  Still I feel like I&#8217;m making small improvements.  I am going to try to keep working out over thanksgiving break, especially on friday after my huge meal <img src='http://s0.wp.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' /> </p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>After meeting with the trainer and having my physical test, we talked and agreed that I should keep up a similar workout routine as what I had been doing, just incorporate more weights and muscle conditioning.  So this last week I&#8217;ve continued my regular cardio routines while trying to spend a little extra time in the weight room.  I worked out 5 times, 3 times doing weights and conditioning.  I also went on a couple runs down by the river of Autzen stadium.  I&#8217;ve defiantly noticed once I get myself to the gym, or make myself work out, I do feel a lot better afterward.  I have a lot more energy and feel all together better.</p>
